1) is really the ram will be cooler of just put a 120mm fans mounted right there ?
( there's no contact between rams and the " cooler " so i don't think so )

2) If you need to check your ram, change slots, or remove them... you need remove the cooler, reapply Thermal paste...

They should have drop the second parts highers ( like this you can install uninstall the ram ).
