and the NH-D14 isnt too heavy?
those engineers can fall into 2 categories,
some are trying to build something that looks just like everything else and is cheap to make and trying to take over the market for a massive profit
and others make high quality parts that are great in every way and cost a little more and work only a little better, but is worth it for the reason of meeting needs, rather than mass-producing crap.
if 99.9% of the stuff is pointless, why do we have 100 heatsinks that look like a TRUE, but are different in subtle ways? and yet none of them are really as good as others in perf/gram, or perf/m2 of surface area, or with low airflow rates. because those .1% your referring too are trying to make high margins instead of high quality.
