Your RAM-performance is probably an overkill anyways, and it's better to go down on RAM speed/voltage to keep the CPU/IMC on the safe side.
At least until we know more about the long term effect of high vDIMM.

I type inn my own values manually, mostly default values, because some of them can change sometimes, maybe a bit too much, on Auto. But that's not a big deal anyways.
My Ram is Rated 1.65V, they are these kits here
