Thanks, trans am. Yep - I could get that far to see the drive, but not sure where to go from there. I think I've made some progress ... going into Disk Management as Admin and was able to see and partition the Virtual Drive. I believe I'm a bit confused as to what the MSM software accomplished, and what I have to do after the fact to prepare the disk. It's been a long time since I messed with RAID!
