TurboDiv's assumption was right I guess. I emptied all my PCI slot, stock clock, RAM tweak from the readable 1333 CL9 to its native 1600 CL8, everything else are stock settings. I run stressing and testing, no errors, only the normal-sometimes-twice reboot when I turn it on or on restarting. But as soon as I put the PCI card back and turn it on, I get error message saying there is system instability due to overclocking voltages and stuff.. and BIOS get revert to factory settings, except the RAM voltages(my setting is 1.56V and stock is 1.5V, and after error message is 1.526V or something).

BTW, any of you experiencing RAM detection on CPU-Z of 10700 while BIOS(or Sandra) says 12800?
