Sorry to hear you are having problems, the only way I can make my board cold boot is to have the memory to tight or have PCH too low for the bclk attempted... sure it can be forced to boot after a few attempts & when you get it going it runs all benches but its a pig to start.... maybe this is a bug maybe not
