here is @ X48 (1.00V idle, 1.4V load ):

EPU Power Saving Mode = Disabled

Load Line Calibration = Ultra High
Phase Control = Extreme
Duty Control = Extreme
CPU Voltage = Offset Mode = .030V
DRAM Voltage = 1.55V
Just change CPU capability to 110% I like to see if that makes any difference
