    That depends on what chips and cooling solution Nvidia has planned. That is if this card is real though and not something fake.

    Exactly. If you are the kind of person that looks at power usage when buying a video card, then both the GTX590 and the ATI 6990 aren't for you. Both I would think will be at or over the 300Watt limit.
