F7f is a no go for me. Well, testing wise at least. I can't get into Windows at 54x100. F7e had no troubles at all.
@jackbrennan: Are you able to load WinXP on AHCI mode? I don't have an issue with Win7.

ok i am back, so what BIOS you want me to test the voltages with F7 or F7e or what?
@jack: on IDE mode, WinXP does load. Its just on AHCI. Oh well, not every one would use WinXP unless benching.I haven't tried Windows XP to be honest. It's possible there is a conflict with current driver and the chipset.
@sin022: Any chance you can do that on F7e?
ok yea i will check, but of course i can measure the voltage being inputed into the CPU, i do not have th means to check the voltage actually being applied to the actual phase lock loop, i personally think that voltage can be applied, the board will spit out a voltage, from my earlier testing the CPu pLL was being a bit overvolted at stock, and when increased it increased. People have tried increaseing the CPU pLL instead of using CPU PLL overvotlage without luck.

Oh..I see...i Thought PLL voltage had a read point similar to VTT or VDIMM and so on. We were curious what happened to the 1.8 VPLL if overvoltage setting were set to enabled....![]()

With F7f, yes, it won't load Windows. Tried increasing some voltages already. RAM is back down to 1600 cas7. It just freezes on the loading part.maxxx can't get into Windows at 54x100.
i bet the TDp thing is part of hwmonitor
Got it!
Previous 1.56.3 is dated 22.Jan and filehippo CPU-Z 1.56.3 is dated 25.Jan and 4KB bigger.

Well not sure what just happened but I can no longer post my system. I flashed back to F7e from F7 to get CPU PLL Overvoltage option. It worked I rebooted and setup the bios. Then I went to flash the backup bios to F7e it seemed to finish and then the computer shut off. Now it tries to post but instant shut off and then goes into a continuous boot. The computer does not stay on for more than a few seconds. All the fans start spinning up but then shut down and again. Tried clearing the CMOS but nothing will work. Could the backup bios process have caused a problem ?

Nope back at stock speeds. I flashed back to F7e first and then configured all my bios settings (raid and boot order) didn't touch any of the OC settings. Rebooted into the bios backup flash. It asked me to press enter to write. pressed enter it wrote 4MB to the first image then started to write a second time shut off and now it wont start.

To all you guys having ACHI issues, Cant you just install using IDE and registry tweak ACHI once installed then re enable after you enabled it in the registry?????
Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
