jack- yes that error re-flashed to older BIOS? you can try the atl+F11 or F12 to flash the backup BIOS to a BIOS you like. Stasio said that they have the trip point for BIOS back flash set too low, it happened to me more times that I can count early on, but recently with newer BIOSes doesn't seem to happen that often but it does. Don't worry about it, that is what the backup BIOS is for. But it is an indicator that the OC isn't stable. I have found that if you cut the power to the PSU within the first 2 restarts of a loop you can prevent it from reverting the bios. I am usually able to get to the settings screen if you catch it early on in the loop. I am using F7E and so far it is the best bios for me and the most stable.

What has been killing me with my chip is getting from 4.4 to 4.5Ghz. It seems that it takes a voltage increase from 1.272 to 1.344 to get it even running prime. Its weird cause I can get to 5Ghz with around 1.36ish if I recall correctly. I have to use LLC level 2 when getting to the 5Ghz mark. I am not sure what settings to use for LLC though. When I set my bios to 1.305 and use LLC1 boot with 45 multi voltage drops on any stress test the comp locks.

Any suggestions on what to do with CPU PLL voltages and the power saving features is there some that can be useful for day to day ?
