Yes but you are using a different motherboard to what we are talkinga bout mate. We are talking about the GA-P67A-UD3 not the UD3P

Anyway I've sent it back, now have a MSI-P67A-GD55 and its simple and stable, what took me days to test getting to 4.4 stable and never getting to even boot to 4.5 on the GB board, with the MSI I went straight in at 4.5 stable as a rock Prime95 and folding. Now at 4.6 and going up from there.
