Do you think using These dimms would make a difference, as 1.35v at 1600 would stress the IMC less no?
    I run on a P8P67 Deluxe, 2500k 4.6Ghz 24/7 on air. I have 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws X RAM using XMP profile (1600 @ 1.50v) and it runs great.

Nice, so a kit like THIS should be ok then? I just need it to be stable, as I am allowed quite a bit of leeway to personal use of this comp, but I do need it to be stable when i have to work on it ^^

Yep that's that one, it should work fine. I'm sure other 16GB packages might work, but I never overclocked anything before and got them just to be safe. After much testing, I can affirm it's safe for my setup. I'm even able to get into Windows at 50x multiplier on the 1253 bios but the voltage/temps under stress were way too high for my air cooler.

villa1n, that's the kit I have and it works like a charm in the PRO version. Running at 1600 @ the stock 1.5 volts and O/C'd to 4.5mhz. I have the Coolermaster 212+ and it fits, but you will have to slide the fan up a couple of mil's to clear the RAM. Not a huge deal and you can't even tell visually.
