    LittleDevil: .. still thinking in my head about interchangeable grills .. i wonder what would be more expensive - to make custom one for each fan/rad own grill, (eg. of 1x140,4x140,3x120 and alike), or just 1x140 and 1x120 and put multiple ones of them on eg multi-fan cutouts side by side? First option might be simpler to mount/less screws, 2nd option might take more screws, but simpler to make (eg. big pile one-fan grills of each type - i beleave the bigger manufacturing order volume, lesser the price?).
    EDIT
    BTW, there is 3rd option - precut holes with no grill at all, for those that wish to buy 3rd party grills such as few i mentioned in previous post - also might be nice option for some, as imho it should bring material price and case shipping weight (=costs) down & user wouldn't have to cut by himself anything to put those grills if he wishes.
    EDIT2
    Also one more "grill" option could be - blank plate. - Simple way to close hole if eg. user wishes to "close" front fan hole or one or two holes on side of case if he uses lesser sized rad.

    @Little Devil: Yes thats what I mean

    I think that the grill should be integrated/embedded in the case. Not sticked on the case like most of the MM cases.

    You are right, grill needs to be integrated, it looks much better than round hole with grill on it.

    I have one good idea, have to ask in company if it's possible to make it and than I will show you

    Kind Regards

    Hmm, really integrated - cuts made in case piece/wall itself during manufacturing of it. Remembering 30 pieces minimum it would strike out possibilities to order some less common patterns, unless by time big batch of orders gets rounded up or user can pay extra for custom one-off piece. A bit closer to integrated would be something like this:

    but it's not really truly integrated.

    Case wall is 1.5mm thick and it is not possible to make thread like you draw if you want clear front.

    I got one idea before, I really hope that it will work

    LittleDevil: Then few more ways i thought out:
    - to use simple glue or soldering instead of bolts;
    - or double sided glue pad/tape instead of bolts if easy removal required (if fan/rad is attached to to holes in case wall itself, not to rad grill, much strength from connection not needed);
    - or make cutout wall with "teeths" that get bent first 180deg to case wall, then U-shaped once again, and within that U-shape one can slide in grill;
    - or solder or glue on
    ======
    == \___ .. lightning-profile shaped metalic "side" to cutout, and slide between it and case sidewall grill

    Imho even the very first permanent gluing or soldering on way would be good enough over current one-unchangeable-pattern-without-remaking-everything way to at least attach wished by customer patern grill permantly, before sending that wall piece with grill already on it to powder coating.

    Exactly what's keeping me away from buying this sexy case, small circles or a honeycomb like holes are better IMHO

    Something like this :

    Think I figured it out as it appears to be res > pump(?) > 360(?) > 480 > cpu > chipset > gpu > memory > res

    Just trying to figure how two rads get hooked up in a single cooling loop. THKs

    littledevil such a sexy rig mate! I so want one, just the price is bit on the expensive side

    Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
