Do you have thermal paste between the "fan sink" and the sink on the board? I think mine gets much hotter than that.

I think that is pretty high, but I have no idea the "safe" voltage spec.

My ambient is around 23c. When my fans are all set to 60% duty ICH/IOH temps are 43c/46c respectively. With fans at full speed temps drop to 38c/40c.

Yes I did use TIM when mounting the "fan sink". I put a small drop where the IOH chip would be located underneath. It's not exactly in the 'center' of that fan sink area.

I use Shin-Etsu X23-7783D, best TIM IMO. Thicker than some others so actually performs better if you use slightly more than recommended 'minimal' amount.
