I would go with the XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 Universal CPU Water Cooling Kit for about $130. Looks to be better quality and will get you lower temps.
I just got the H50 and it's... ok. Ok temps, ok noise, ok price. it's very ok. If you can do the H70 or better then do it. also Megahalems or other high end air cooler would be a good choice
