I don't think it is fair to call GTX580 an overclocked 480. The card is a little bit different and it is a good card...

In terms of performance is a overclocked GTX 480, nothing really new. In fact GTX 580 is the GTX 480 that AMD (and us) expected a year ago .
AMD should be full of drunk monkeys to don´t expect something like that.
