But on a serious note, im getting tired of vendor favoring, and vendor bashing.
If a vendor screwed up, then yes, they should be told they messed up.
If a vendor does good, then they should be praised for a good job.
If a vendor is a vendor, and you guys are favoring just because its a vendor...
then i guess im gonna have to be more active to bash these favored vendors and show u no vendor is perfect.
I have hashed it out with a lot of vendors, and fully know, NO ONE IS PERFECT... but they try.
And when they try, they should be praised... not flamed for there past mistakes.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you NaeKuh. I look at it like this, AT Germany making the grab for the trademarks was like some rich guy crossing the ocean by luxury liner and half way across decided to blast a 20 foot hole in the side of the ship because he thought it might be a good idea, when the ship was 1/2 filled with water and sinking fast, he realized that maybe it wasn't such a good idea and then sends his servant (AT UK) to try and weld a patch on the hole to save the ship (their reputation). Until the bosses (owners Andres and Nathanael) step up and start publicly try explaining their actions to some degree of satisfaction, they should be hung by their manhood until they're incapable of producing offspring (if they haven't already). The user here using the name Aquatuning is in the UK and likely just doing whatever PR damage control they can at the request of the bosses because they don't have a brass set to face the PC modding community.
...and guys, believe me, this is about as polite as I can get with this topic.

An apology is an admission of guilt. You won't get an apology from AT while they still have legal wrangling going on. Further to this if an employ apologies they may find themselves either unemployed or in an actionable position. Or both.
Until the legal dispute is settled you won't hear a peep out of any AT employee, it's like Mick's case, you've just got to be patient :p

And thanks to those here at XS for keeping us informed, especially with the recent US/CA store launch. Although this doesn't affect me directly (US), I can't help but question whether they extend the same logic to their customer relations and product quality control (phobya).
