I don't have another tool and I don't even know of one actually.
It only happens to me when I make changes using Turbo-V and save the changes. What I have found is that Turbo-V gives me wrong DRAM Ref voltages and so when I apply settings, Turbo-V applies the wrong DRAM Ref voltages. The only way I can get the DRAM Ref voltages right is by adjusting them in the bios and not changing any settings using Turbo-V. It doesn't happen to me every time though, its a bit random.
