Yes I,ve tried all of them with different GPU's

Tried single stick of ram, one CPU etc

Yes 8 pin for both CPU's

Tried with nothing connetcted even without GPU.

All testing last night where preformed on a box.

hmmm thats strange, I would definitely confirm boards not warping or anything like that.

otherwise check the cpu socket and ensure no bent pins
