Go into the ATI Forums what do I see on page 1:

"ATI cannot make working video drivers"
"Cats 10.9 NUKED my OS install"
"ATI Crashes - Compatibility or just the norm?"

Don't give me that fanboi crap I just don't want to drop $240 bucks on a headache.
