Windows live skydrive, which is part of office live has a public folder, so I've been uploading the pics there and just linking them. Has 25gigs of space.

And you are correct that it is all linked through my hotmail account.

i am actually very impressed with it. chromatic aberation is nonexistant on this lens which is shocking really. i expected some, especially on the moon shots but there is none... zero

i will take some more shots in the coming days/nights with the lens to show off more than just how well it takes moon shots but i just havent had time lately.
i just dont think i could spend $600 plus for it given the 70-200 F/4L is only about $50 more... i think i would Def. take the L. but the 70-300 image stabilizer is nice. and it def. works very well.

Such a waste on my part, I could've gotten that lens, instead I've chosen the 75-300 III USM, w/o knowing their big difference!
Much worse, I had the money that time. Now I'm left w/ a lens that has a very soft IQ at 300mm.

if you know someone who has it ask to borrow it.. its a lot nicer than i expected.... i thin its a pretty fast lense too given its 70-300 ...
IS is noisy but not THAT bad, i had heard louder.

but really... for just about the same price the 70-200 F/4 L non IS is available.

and which would you rather have... better IQ or more focal length and IS ...

some might find that tough, i dont. and i rarely would use the full 300mm but i can see where ti would come in handy.

here is tonights moon using my old Sigma 100-300mm F/4.5-6.3 DL
i actually dont know how old it is, i have had it for a couple of years.
pretty soft but can be usable at times. think i paid maybe $75 on eGay.
i have never really sat down and tested just how soft it is at F/8 and up but i cant imagine its very sharp past F/8
it shows its softness quite well on my T2i lol.

and for anyone wanting something really neat.... here is latnights moon dont the way I like it....

Geez I haven't picked up my camera in ages, good thing I went to a local Photography expo in the last week to remind me why I got into this hobby in the first place!

Bought a Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 APO DG OS HSM and itching to play around with it! Can't get out of the house till the weekend though. In the mean time however...

... I should really fix that leak in my irrigation system.
