LOL, who's saying GTX 480 can't compete with HD 5870 ? it certainly beat the former AMD single chip champ by an honest 15-20% average, and totally dominant in geometry+tesselation performance (as its mArch suggested). Now who's pulling SEMANTICS out of their rear ??

The thread is fine, even the staunched AMDroids know better that nVidia must have something in their lab as midlife kicker -as Huang said- for GF100. We love facts & reasonable expectations, and hate FUDs. I think the Mods know exactly how to perform their job, don't they ?
