Need some Help pushing my i7 950...........(HT is off)

My 24/7 setup is 210x21= 4.41 Ghz stable with moderate Voltages.
1.325 Vcore 1.36 VTT

I want to run it @ 200 x 23 = 4.6 Ghz

With this setting i can boot and also run LinX (All 10 didn't try more) but what is strange for me and i don't realy understand is that i can't run prime95 large (maximum heat) for more than 2 Minutes !!! I always get a blue screen.
Same when i try to run a game like Battlefield Bad company 2.

Has someone an idea what i could try ??
Core Temps are all ok max. @ 65°C

Something wrong with my settings maybe ?
