I believe the Yellow are your hot lines ( I think they are 12v, in PCIe) and black is your ground.... you can use any wire as long as it is the identical colour....
so all the black wires can be switched to go any place a black wire was.... and any yellow wire can go into a hole where a yellow wire was....

Do the colours of the cables really matter? or they are just coloured so the psu manufacturers themselves won't get confuse?
