Question Quad ran fan harness Help

    Ok, So I'm going with 6 Swiftech quad's with 4 1850 gt's on each.

My problem is I'm trying to figure out how or what to use to wire all my fans together. I want sleek and nice looking.
The fans are .84a or 10.08 watts per at max speed, using em on a Scythe Kaze Master Ace 4 unit I can wire he fans 3 to 1 and even 4 to 1 and it works ( Koolance wiring harness's) but reports back 1650 rpm at max and I blew one of the connections.

I'm never running them at max but I have these now I know there sound Sig I like it.
There Silent under Background noise @ 1250 -1350rpm.

The only fan controller if Found that I can comfortably fit each rad on as a Single unit is the Lamptron FC-2 45w per channel.

Since its going in an Extended Ascension Mountain Mod
I need about 5 feet of Cable to run it along the edges of the case between the controller which will be mount the back bottom right corner and the front and top rads Link will give you better idea mounting FC-2 in 5/14 back
    http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=252090

To start off I can't solder , its not going to happen. Sleeving its a possibility due to my carpal tunnel it will cost me Blood sweat and tears ... lots and lots of tears that or I might be able to bribe my wife with jewelry to do it for me.

But my big question is can anybody think or know of a better way to wire these fans up besides using 1 60cm Phoyba 3 to 4 splitters and 1 60 cm extentions per Rad set to get them attached ?.

Something like the Bit power fan power board but not as big/tacky ?

Or know anybody who makes custom fan harness cables etc ppcs all ready turned me down ?

Best would be DIY cable splitter. Exactly the length you want, exactly the sleeve you want. Apart from time to make it cheap enough.

Can you buy the pins, plugs, wire yourself and build your own? Not that hard to do. PPC sells the gbits, wire is easy, then just a slodering iron and heatshrink/sleeving.
All stock for now, no need for more, but it's gonna be soon methinks.

As i said in my post Major crap-al tunnel , I can't do anything that requires fine steady motor control as in Soldering/crimping Pin removal. I was Going to buy MDPC-x ends and Crimper .. but wife suggested i try Something Similar with the stuff I had laying around the house. Lets say it did not go well. Even sleeveing i'm iffying on.

Crap! I've got the same case coming and i also bought 3 of these with it.. http://www.frozencpu.com/products/77...-XSP1M-RD.html thinking i could run all the fans to it.. but just now come to read that the thing has limited voltage to the 3 pin connectors! WOW.. Super crap!

    I've got 18 GT 1850 and 8 GT 1450RMP fans to run.

Ya sorry ( that sucks) that idea but able to handle the voltage lead all 4 fans into it and Out to the FC-2 hide it away in a Hammond box might work. Hammond is not far from me here in canada.

http://www.performance-pcs.com has tons of cable options and alot of it already sleeved. Hunt through there cables. There was also a 18 and 30" 4 pin molex y cable extension w/black molded ends. Wish i would of made a bookmark for it now.

I think i'm gona end up doing a few of those Bitspower power station extensions combind with a few SunBeam Multi Fan Power Ports.. Best to buy the Bitspower power station from PPCS since they give you the option to also buy the important gender changer adapters for the 4 pin connectors.

Why would you need the molex ? nm your not fan controlling your fans your direct attaching. ppcs won't make the custom cables they have a 36" 3 pin ext allready but hey there getting the rest of the phoyba line in so for pre-done cables that where/what I buy. I was looking for Nice clean alternatives.

If you look deep in that thread above you'll find many examples of cable sleeve from http://en.mdpc-x.com/. If you want the best there is.. ya gota order overseas. Which i would do in a heart beat.. just gota think before to see if i'll have the time to do all of that myself hehe.

I use the Y wire splitters on 8 of my fans then a 30cm sleeved extension on each fan so i have no problem connecting them up to the fan controller which is obviously in the front of my case..

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

24 fans 6 controller spots and 5 to 7 feet of cable per line inbetween. I also wanted it look good so that means crimping and sleeveing my own cables. I was looking for alternatives aka maestro but its not out yet.
