I see a little carbon fiber in your computer...

I didn't know you lived in France?! We need someone to make carbon fiber SLI bridges in the states!!! I already have another friend interested in getting one O_O

antho - really, really nice. Have been on vacation, so missed your worklog until I just saw the final images in the Gallery Thread. Definitely one of the nicest bench systems I've ever seen

    What are your temps like?

Just wondering what are your cpu temps like? Also those magmas producing enough static pressure for a rad? I have three on my rad and not happy with them...

    Thanks.

    Nice job btw...

    Thoughts

I was thinking of getting three San Aces 25mm 86cfm fans from Performance-PCS.com. The thing is they are noisy at 40 db but they have a very high level of static pressure. So you would have to use a fan controller. I'm getting similar temps and my rad is suppose to be a low fpi low fan rpm rad... blows...

    Noise control

As I understand the GT fans are like 56 CFM but they have more static pressure than the Magmas. They are highly rated and a lot of people use them but if I was to do it over again I would put 38mm or 25mm San Ace fans on a fan control which would help the noise issue. So in the summer or for benching you max out the air flow! Then turn it down for 24/7 operation...

What kind of cpu do you have? Is it on its own rad?

Not sure to be able to find them here.... also they are probably drawing too much power for the fan controller...

    My Cpu is a I7 975x, everything is one the same loop PUMP(x2) -> 120.3 (old) -> 120.3 (old) -> CPU -> Mobo > GPU's

    Could work out

Burning out your fan controller is alwsys a risk. I have done that before. But i have two san aces and a delta on a pci slot fan controller. No problems except the controller puts out max 20v do your fans font run full speed anyhow. But those magmas arent great for a rad. These low db fans never live up to the hype. For curiosity sake i tried to run my rad with only one bottom magma fan and it was able to make the top rad fan spin on its own unplugged. So theyre not all bad but not great. Anyhow without any fans my prime temps jumped to nearly 60 degrees stock and when i turned on the fans they came down like only 8 degrees. Point being expected more performance.

Anyhow you can get San Aces from Performance-pcs.com.

Thanks but after seeing martin's video of the SanAce, there's no way my hears can handle that

I think i will give a shot the the gt's

And after a quick (and dirty) photoshop grey seems to look good on the case...

    Go with the Noctuas

    Dude,

I think you should go with the Noctua NF-P12's instead of the GTs. They have the same CFM rating but the static pressure is better at 1.68 vs 1.5 for the GTs, and 1.4 for the Enermax Magmas. Not only that the color would go nice with your rig...

    Go for it!

I'm going to next time I take my case apart. Winter is almost here and I won't have to worry about high temps til spring...

Wow your cynic! It looks like quality and they have a respected name in the industry. Heres a page from a positive review:
