well man im not so sure, what sort of timings and frequency are you looking for on the AMD platform... i am i guess looking more at a solution someone can run in a rig.. if you want the HIGHEST PERFORMANCE you will always look to a hyper kit, and thats why they have a premium price..

but at 1100mhz even on a hyper kit youll be looking at 7-8-7 and this kit will be okay at 7-9-7.. so the question is, for that extra few seconds in 32m and that tiny gain in 3d benchmark, are you willing to pay the premium? and for your gaming rig, or 24/7 workstation, is that a good option?

    im just saying
Well said mate, Looks like this kit is suitable for a low end amd system, buy the speed you want imo, like u mentioned, oorah!

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

+1, I know for sure i wouldnt spend the extra money from 7/8/7/ to 7/9/7, practically the same and almost 100$ cheaper

here is some results with 4x2GB on the Crosshair 4 Formula,

I have taken some Flare and paired them with their older brother the Gskill PID, this is the same performance you would get with 2xFlare kits, I just don't have 2 flare kits...

I am using one loop of memtest 5 as a conditional idea of stabilityvs

    700mhz - 6-6-6-18 2T using 1066 divider

    825 6-7-6-18 2T (at 309 ht) - 1066 divider

    900 7-8-7-20 2T (1333 divider)

    1050 - 7-9-7-20 2T (1600 divider)

I figured out some of my issues.

Win 7 beta build 7077 is going in trash as far as reviews go.

We all know PRIME 95 Blend Is about as harsh as it gets on AMD's IMC/memory especially between the 2-3 hour mark. Unfortunately after testing multiple chips it appears the to push beyond 2100 is futile......other things like linx and memtest , 32m pi can pass.........prime 95 can't, it can pass at below speed so well something is not stable beyond
