Just like to say Hello! to everyone here as I'm new to the i7 system. I have been trolling around here for about a week trying to learn from other people's mistakes and victories. So far I have found the O/C of my 920 D0 fairly easy, but not without hiccups. I also learned not to use UD-5 Auto settings as it over volts thez out of everything. In particular the QPI/VTT which I had on auto and when I went into ET6 after doing some stress testing realized the board had set it to 1.53V
, my CPU VTT was at 1.1875, so that is quite a difference. I have subsequently lowered to a stable 1.295. Next step is to go for 200 bclk, as I have read anything over 190 bclk needs alot of voltage? any other recommendations?
P.S: Could someone give me a step by step on how to make my esata work please, I have tried everything.
