As I said above, a "magical" BIOS will NOT improve clocking margins (assuming the board has been set up correctly by the end user), you are wasting your time.
What you speak of is a hardware level limit, it won't change with a BIOS "that works properly for Bloomfield.". It's a myth that there is some kind of special Bloomfield or Gulftown tweak that makes the board lean in one direction.
You get a bad IOH and there's nothing you can do on boards like this in software (BIOS).
If you are unhappy, cut your losses and sell it. Best advice.
