This IOH BCLK limitation does not different between vender to vender.
If you buy eVGA or GIGABYTE or ASUS, the result is same.
I think if you buy 5-6 same board, you can get good one.
This is IOH chip quality problems, not mobo design problems.

So please stop complain to vender.
