I've found this thread in the past
I'm able to run 4-4-4-5 @ 1115 @ 2.4v, but I have to back down to 1040 4-4-4-5 @ 2.2v
3-3-3-5 @ 800 is only good at 2.0-2.1v.
I think the motherboard has a little bit to do with it.chew* had some talk about Gigabyte's AMD boards not liking D9 and even clocking ProMOS kits better than D9. I'm gonna let this board go soon and look for another DDR2 board.

Try 3-3-3-12 @ 800 1.9v, and bump frequencies and voltages when needed. @ 3-3-3-12/15/18 you should be able to do over 900, voltage will vary obviously, but if its a good D9 kit, about 2.1v.
