OK, I've been playing around with 0006 and I've added the CPU MicroCode from 2101 along with the newest DSDT (there were some minor differences).

If someone wants to test it with a 980x and see if it's stopped the throttling it might help people out.

I take no responsbility if it bricks your board but I don't think it will. Please ensure you have a method of restore before you try it though.
