In my opinion by the time HWBOT launched, it is continuously destroying the overclocking spirit. I miss the good old days when there where no cheats but hardware tricks. Clever hard-mods instead of foolish and ridiculous renames. Now, everyone with big wallet and sponsor's backup is able to hit the top of the world - qualified & certified.

I'm sick of benching due to this cheat stuff. Overclocking has a god damned purpose: Push you hardware to the limit and utilize your maximum hardware efficiency. Last time I checked, more and more people are trying to cheat the software as to manage a better run/score. As a result the performance remains pretty much the same but the score is a cruncked up enough for a better place at the ranking list.

There is still a major difference. To seek for maximum performance whereas they are point-hunters. All I can say to the OC community is: WAKE UP ! Point to the moon and not the finger.
