Do you have your HTPC connected to a Stereo reciever and then the reciever to the TV?

Definitely need to bitstream as it will be used for bluray playback on an HTPC.

And the case is a Lian Li PC-V352 which can just barely fit a 2x120mm radiator w/ a bit of modification.
