Hardware first and primary.
Cooling should be secondary.

Why? its easier to upgrade cooling then it is to upgrade entire hardware.



i would grab another 460 and go SLI and forget a full card block.

The whole point in the 460 was lower thermals... less power draw... and a overall cooler card.. yet you guys want to watercool it and make it cost as much as a 480GTX?
I've got some GPU only blocks sitting around. Might as well buy some ram sinks and clock the hell out of it.
