So the conclusion is that the problem is indeed in the chipset!
Now i changed the strap from 2.4 b (333) to 2.0 (400) hoping that it would relax some timings in the chipset and hell now it passes 4 tests then fail.
So i guess its more stable, btw i forgot to say that i know its the chipset cause the rams pass 4 loops on memtest96 so....
    Iam running vtt @ 1.32 pll @ 1.5 cpu ref @ auto mch @ 1.38 mch ref @ 0.726
    Advanced: 900 900 0 50...
Going to up volts on mch and rams to see if that helps brb!

So iam thinking the mch isnt having enough juice uped to 1.44v lets see how that works!
lets test on same basis...dld prime 25.11 and run custom 8 to 8k...see if that passes, is so, shoot a normal BLEND

if more MCH helped then u have a clue there, if BSOD then notch vcore a bit...in my 2 GIGA boards when pushing hard timmings i always need more vdimm, more MCH and notch vcore...

    also try what radaja said

"mine liked it like this.with vtt at 1.28v cpu ref at normal(0.760) and mch at 0.750 bios"

    references are important, so skews

    turbo setting ram 4-4-4-14 1000 mhz pl8 @ 2.32 v
    cpu termination voltage 1.32
    pll 1.5
    cpu ref -auto
    mch voltage 1.46
    mch ref 0.726
    Advanced settings

    50
    9x500 =4500
Itīs passing every test @ large in place ffts priority 9 its now doing
test 7 768k fft length @ 38 minutes , so in fact upping the mch is helping...
But without changing the strap(2.00d/400 mhz) i would still be in a dead end...
Hope it holds up till the end.
    Cheers mate.

    BAD NEWS:
Last night with the sttings above started to do some strange things like, everytime i changed a setting in bios pc shuted down back up shuts down back up shuts down , and back up with the OC settings not with the safe ones and then it booted fine....
So i was tired by so many "reboots" that i cleared cmos all night and switched to the f8 bios.
Puted the settings back on and the same thing occured .
Then i used optimized settings and the rebooting was gone then i start outing the settings one by one to find what was causing this reboots , then i concluded that the only setting that was causing this was the cpu ref!
So i must assume that the reboot was cause by some bad relation with cpu and mch ref, so now i have cpu ref @ AUTO and iam increasing the mch ref!
Andre whats the safe max 24/7 for mch ref?
BTW this is my solution to cool the MCH :

its normal on GIGA boards to reboot loop dont be scared, when you screw bad with some refs, skews or timmings will do that...just power off psu for a while if that dont work CLR CMOS

dunno what the safest i just use what it needs less than 1,56, im on 1,52 but for tight PL7 needs a bit more

    cheers

The difference on the memory scores will be minimal, like 50mbs on the reads and ~0.3ns on latency. If hes wanting to compare cache then no it wont be very comparable.

14k does seem very low for your speed, I would think you would be atleast in the 20K area.

Yeah, I can't see any signs of physical damage at all.

It works fine when it does post, but getting it to post is a whole other story.
