Use everest ultimate and see what temps u getting make sure u dont run pc probe as this is getting the wrong readings from the bios.Im sure these cpushould not be doing 38-40 on watercooled idle i no that for a fact.

Hu ? My 950 idles at 35°C at only 3.8GHz 1.12Vcore, load temps never go over 60°C, it's a hottie ! You are claiming your CPU idles at 25°C, that almost room ambient temp in a case stuffed with dual GPU's, loads of HD's... I think that's more unbelievable...
