Adjacent Cache Line Prefetcher [Enabled]
Intel(R) Virtualiyation Tech [Enabled]
Disable HT and see if your CPU can make 4.5Ghz stable, no idea why you need HT anyway for gaming...
I would aim for a max Vcore of 1.45 for 24/7 use, QPI of 1.45 and PCI-E of 105
