A bios that supports lower then 1.8 cpu pll for the P6X58D-E would be awesome.

I 2nd this for the Rampage II Gene, users around the forums are getting very high overclocks undervolting the CPU PLL below the default 1.8v. Also, QPI PLL isn't even an available voltage to adjust???

Here is an example of someone turning down the CPU PLL and getting a 4400Mhz OC on a i7 920. Its from a thread I have going about my heat issues

So I have the same board as the OP, which for some reason doesn't allow setting of the CPU PLL below the default 1.8v and the IOH PLL option doesn't even exist. So regarding those recommendations, the OP is probably out of luck concerning setting voltages that way.

Hopefully you can find another solution to your heat issues.

These settings were suggested to me by a couple guys in the forums and have worked very well. I am currently running a very stable 210x21-4400mhz HT enabled with 1.140v IOH core, 1.140v QPI PLL, and 1.40v CPU PLL.

Here is a very short LinX run with ET6 installed to show current settings.
