what kind of BSOD you get, if its 0x00000116, then its the IOH Core....
I have now a working Xfire setup and I can run both HD 5850 with 1.19v IOH COre Voltage (No overclock GPU)
But for heavy overclocking...I was able to run without error at 1.25 v IOH Core
My PCIE IOH Voltage is raised by 2 bumps at 1.53v

Ooohhh, thats a little bit high.

My i7 930 is at 4,3 Ghz and Im using Linx to stress test (70'C)

But Now I've add my second HD 5850 to my setup, but can someone tell me why I lost 3 G-Flops (from 55 to 52 G Flops) while Linx Stress

Is that normal...even with much Higher Vcore I get the same GFlops

honest answer, it will throttle when its too hot
I usually dont like to be stressing much past mid 80c's for 24/7 use though.

I was using 602 for over 6ghz.. I think it's pretty good! Has anyone else tested 602 and LN2? Is there a better one..

I replaced the heatsink with the Active fan one and ICH / IOH temps are 61 C - 62 C idle , still high but better than before

Room temp is 26 C (With AC)

It is now OCed to 4.22Ghz CPU but RAM is at 1611 CL7

I can NOT get it to 2000 CL9 and that happened before with a friend's Asus P6T

Is there any compatibility issue between OCZ Blade 2000 CL9 and Asus mobos ?

I need BIOS settings for the Core i7 920 and OCZ Blade 2000 CL9

    I have another observasion :

With my Gigabyte EX58-EXTREME and OCZ Vertex 2 50GB SSD, Windows 7 Boot with blazingly fast , but with Asus R3E it takes alot on the "Welcome" screen before logging into Windows

    Thanks in advance

    1. Have you tried setting the timing mode to 3N? I need 3N in order for my G.Skill tridents to run at 2000MHz @ C9.

    2. I too have noticed this, it does seem to hang on the welcome part. Maybe it will be fixed with a BIOS update.

The EK Dual Top pumps in my drive bay has been fixed, on this pic you see that its not perfectly installed straight

This is the shroud Im talking about , look at the top

    Nope

Even at stock speeds it takes much, much longer for Windows 7 booting (With Gigabyte I was not even seeing the Welcome screen but with Asus R3E it takes about 20-30 seconds !!!)

I've tried QPI Voltage up to 1.6v and still no post (Gigabyte worked just fine at 1.555v VTT)

I've noticed Asus boards in general seem to boot slow into Windows. I figured out on my P5K if I disabled the onboard audio it would boot quite a bit faster. wonder if that's the case with the RIII.
