We didn't say it was unstable. We said it was less stable compared to lower switching frequency. Of course bumping the voltage up a little will stabilise overclocks using 1000khz that would have been stable using a lower switching frequency.
For me, as has been mirrored by a few others, found that with a fixed VCore that is on the brink of stability at a given CPU speed, the higher the PWM switching frequency set the quicker LinX fails.
How much faster were you guys able to run with PWM set at 1000khz compared to 250khz? And with which BIOS version?
