The 95W TDP version got slighty lower nominal Voltage (That still, many Processors of the same model usually got its nominal Voltage though some range of values and not a fixed one, so this one could consistently have lower values than the 125W TDP ones) that may explain why it got a lower TDP as it should be consuming less power. However, if they are the same quality Bins, then there is no real difference bewthem them besides nominal specifications.
I the 965 140w and 125 had same default vcore value. The C3 revision was just a better process. I am not sure the 1055t 95w is a new rev, but if so the voltage may not change. anyone seen these in the wild?
