Going to need a little more of that.. There is a critical bug that needs attention so validation testing will resume tomorrow after it is fixed. That puts us on schedule for a release next Wednesday.

I am glad this is gettng close attention and I am sure your testing feedback on the beta caused them to look at this more closely.

However, this issue is present in M4A79 Deluxe and M3N-HT Deluxe x6 bios, M3N-HT Deluxe being the worst release with not being able to run my 1090T at anything beyond 3200Mhz - multiplier appears to be locked at 16 no matter what the setting is in the Bios.

Whatever they are fixing here needs to be replicated across at least the two of the boards I have tested and perhaps more. Eagerly waiting for the Wed release

    This is great news. HOORAY!

Unfortunately for me, my 1090T budget is getting eaten up by a need to install my quick ratio steering rack and Earl's high pressure line in my car this weekend. No X6 for a couple more weeks . I guess I'll let you boys beta test in the meantime hehehe.

Just checked and no such BIOS listed in download section at Asus. Till it's offical from Asus there is no support. You should attach a warning "Use at your own Risk".

It is an official BIOS and will be up at the FTP and product pages in the next day or so. I work for ASUS so I think the support is pretty much official at this point.

Wait on that, still have some tuning to do on the BIOS. Thuban support on the first gen 790FX boards were a little harder to do based on turbo mode and Core 0 power management.

When I see it on an Asus web page I'll believe it. I have a few customers waiting for it. I couldn't wait any longer. I had to buy a new board today. Not that I didn't want to wait, the time limit on exchange or money back for my 1090T is very near. It needs a board that supports it by Friday. Sorry for Asus, I'll still sell the boards but I won't be using one. This should have been out right after the X6 release. My new board will be here tomorrow. I just don't like spending a couple hundred for a paper weight. If there would have been a BIOS sooner I was planing on waiting for the Crosshair IV Extream to come out. Won't have to now.

A friend of mine with a m3a79-T deluxe tested this bios for your viewing pleasure.
    Without further ado:

So people stop being so grumpy and jump aboard ;-)
