No, there is no way to do that, as NB+SB parts are actually one heat sink and mosfet is connected via heat pipe. Still you can install fusion block on top of the stock cooler. My NB runs at 49° and SB at 45° according to Probe, while crunching 24/7 at 4.5Ghz with 215 bclk.
