Only the IGP clocks are different, 880G Extreme3 HD 4250 and 890GX have HD 4290.

yeah and the only differences in the IGP is it is clocked at 560mhz compared to the 890gx 700 mhz. of course i read all this after i bought the 890gx board. I should have waited and saved myself some cash

oh and in the bios of the 880g there is Turbo 50, and in the bios of the 890gx it is turbo 30.
