If that fails aswell, try put absolute minimum config. Just mobo, cpu, one memstick and videocard(or without it, if board also has integrated one). No disks or any other separate controller card. Recheck all power wires going to mobo/video. Another point of failure could be if liquid cooled - missing fan in motherboard fan connector, but it should shown that on screen after post.
I'll try with just one memory module, good idea.

I already unplugged everything but the mobo, cpu, and the memory and it didn't progress. I'll try just a single mem module and see if that works.

I'm not liquid cooling yet, wanted to make sure all the components worked before I voided warranties by attaching water blocks to the hardware.
