It seems AMD's social engineering program is very successful.
Or maybe it's Nv's fault that they take a lot of flak? Too much renaming; too arrogant CEO; too expensive GT200 at launch; some cheats/bugs too; wooden screws (that was funneh); late, overhyped and paper launched fermi. Hell, after all these I'm not even crossing them out of my list, I still consider Nv cards when buying.

ATI.. R600 was crap (very late too), R700 was hot with stock cooling but pushed prices down, and R800 was a great launch.

I'm guessing others have the same train of thought.
