empty your config.ini or use the repair tool in WoW, your having other issues with the game hense why everyone is named UNKNOWN, this was a bug with some drivers and network connections. use the repair tool and reset all your settings. Also with CF/SLI do not run it in windowed mode, you have to run it in fullscreen for it to get the best performance on CF/SLI settings.
