I honestly don't know what other benefits the 890 Chipset has other that what I've stated. I know that AMD will be making some major improvement in the next year but is this really one of them?

Logic says wait and worst case scenario you hop on 790 If you don't like what 890 offers.....790 will be cheaper then.
