via Shell-Script.

CPU-Tweaker.exe /EIST=ON/OFF
CPU-Tweaker.exe /C1E=ON/OFF
CPU-Tweaker.exe /TURBO=ON/OFF
CPU-Tweaker.exe /MULTI=x

and all combined
